Tour & Enrollment Guidelines

1) Please see our website ( esp: FAQs and Enroll Tabs ,including the PDFs on the Enroll Tab), to answer many of your questions ahead of time.

2) We ask that you PLEASE ask specific questions ahead of (or after your tour) by phone call /email . Tours are short 10-15 minutes to see the facility& meet the staff. The best way to see the children and what we do here is going to / following our Instagram page. @eckkids

3) We require your child come to the tour so we get a chance to meet him /her. If you require your partner in the decision, we ask that you arrange a day that works for both of you to tour together. Unfortunately, we do not have time for second tours.

 We are asking potential families to come at 8:00-8:10 before the children start to arrive (or) come about 1:30 at nap time when the children are away in the main house for nap.

4) If you enjoyed our little school, the next step is to schedule a Trial Day. The hours for this day are 9-3:00. We will give you detailed accounting of your child's day, a few pictures, and email or text usually during nap time. The fee for this day will be $90. Trial days must be prepaid to hold the spot. You may pay by venmo/zelle/cash.

We will need a copy of your child's immunization record and the blue forms (found on the Enroll Tab). If you need $10 change, we will be happy to provide it (at the end of the day).

5) If ECK and you feel that your child had a successful day, your child will begin a 2- week Trial Period. This will be a week to week relationship in which we both have time to get to know each other. You are NOT required to submit your Month Deposit during this time. Payments will be given on Friday morning for the following week's care. On the first day of your child's two-week trial, the following will be needed: $120 insurance fee, $80 cot/bedding fee, $140 bi-annual supplies fee  Total : $340 + your first week's tuition.
